Downtown Brooklyn’s Schermerhorn Street has seen a lot of action recently. A sale of the lot on the corner of Nevins and Shermerhorn streets, known as 321 Schermerhorn or 35 to 37 Nevins, just hit public records for $10,765,364. That’s right next door to the Nevins Street Hotel, now under construction, and across the street from the Holiday Inn, also under construction. The buyer of this particular lot listed an address of 1 Prospect Park West, which is the senior center Prospect Park Residence. Wonder if a similar setup may come here? The new owners have not yet filed any permits with the Department of Buildings. GMAP
