The open house last night at 123 Fort Greene Place was packed to the rafters, so much so that it was difficult to photograph the space. The six condo units, priced between $749,000 and $2,095,000, hit the market earlier this week. Corcoran sales rep Lindsay Barton Barrett said the response so far has been overwhelming. One $1,070,000 two-bedroom already entered contract before the open house. At the open house, the model unit was 2A, a 838-square-foot unit priced at $749,000. Upstairs, the developers hosted a party in the unfinished units. They are shooting for an early summer occupancy. Click through for pics of the interior and the crowds! Anyone else attend?
Listings up for 123 Fort Greene Place Condos [Brownstoner]
We’ve featured a number of units in the old school building at 44 Cheever Place in Cobble Hill over the years and this one has to be the most tricked out of them all. The two-bedroom condo has double-height ceilings in the living room and a sleek, modern kitchen that looks like it belongs in […]
We love this five-bedroom, two-bath triplex in Park Slope, which is both beautiful and expensive. There aren’t any kitchen or bathroom photos, but the listing says it has a “well-appointed galley kitchen.” The double parlor, formal dining room and kitchen are all on the same floor. There are tons of original details, including five decorative […]
This yellow brick corner building at 240 St. Nicholas Avenue has been renovated with reclaimed wood paneling, oak floors, and stainless steel appliances and is for sale for $2,295,000. There is an owner’s duplex — unusual for a multi-family in Bushwick — four rental apartments and a two-car garage. There’s also lots of FAR and […]
A new building application was filed last week for a five-story building at 331 Saratoga Avenue in Ocean Hill. The city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is listed as the owner on the permit. The vacant lot has been city-owned since the late ’70s, according to public records. The SLCE-designed development between Dean and Bergen streets will include 80 apartments […]
The Brooklyn Home Company broke ground recently on a four-unit condo building at 84 Congress Street in the Columbia Street Waterfront District. A joint venture with MESH Architectures, this project looks nothing like Brooklyn Home Company’s conversions in historic buildings we wrote about last week, as a rendering on the fence shows. Designed by Mesh Architecture, the 6,720-square-foot […]
