With an asking price of $939,000 (down from $999,000 last summer), we suspect this would be a record sale for this building.

Saw apartments in this building; two separate sides and entrances. Lotsa old world charm and this size apartment rarely on market. Other apartments on this side of building are even larger larger with fantastic views.
Ugh. Crazypants. Not a good deal.
