This co-op at 25 Stratford Road in Prospect Park South sold for $285,000 a year and a half ago and has now popped back up for sale for $350,000. It’s a nicely laid-out two-bedroom apartment with prewar details that has both a living room and a dining room; it does have three exposures but, judging from the photos, the views aren’t the greatest. Despite the price increase (the real estate market’s quite different than it was two years ago, after all), getting 1,100 square feet of prewar space for $350,000 doesn’t seem so bad to us.
