It’s been a while since we checked in on the Strong Place construction site, where three townhouses are slated rise. Work on the empty lot, situated at the corner of Strong Place and Kane Street in Cobble Hill, began this week and will last for the next few months. If all goes well, actual construction will start in April and last another 15 months. The project is designed by CWB Architects and developed by Brennan Realty Services. Here’s a rendering of what it will look like. You can read about developer Donald Brennan’s plans, and how he acquired the site right here. And here’s the interesting history of the site itself. The townhouses are not on the market right now.
