This two-bedroom in a newish build at 369 Harman Street in Bushwick is asking $2,900 a month. The finishes look nice, and the unit comes with a free parking space. The apartment can be rented furnished or unfurnished for the same price. We know rents have gone up a lot in Bushwick recently, but this works out to $1,450 per roommate. Thoughts?
