The architecture firm Ole Sondresen has released renderings and plans for the renovation of the Greenpoint warehouse that will serve as the headquarters for Kickstarter. Greenpointers first published the renderings this morning and linked over to Kickstarting Kickstarter, a blog reporting on the ongoing renovation. Construction began over the summer. Once the reno is complete, the building will hold a theater, art gallery, lounge, library, green roof, cafeteria and, of course, the Kickstarter offices. Oh, and by the way, this address (58 Kent Street) is the former home of the Eberhard Faber Pencil Co.
