Man, it’s getting hard to keep track of all these massive Brooklyn Heights sales. 13 Monroe Place just hit public records for $7,750,000. This beats out 16 Garden Place and 264 Henry Street, which both closed around the $5 million mark recently. Weirdly, we can’t find any trace of a listing for 13 Monroe. (Here’s an expired rental listing for the garden floor.) Anybody know how impressive the bones of this home may be? Update: Here’s an old listing. The home was asking $7.5 million.
