H&M is taking its precious time to open on the Fulton Street Mall. The building is progressing but it’s been a full year since ground broke at the site. The steel frame started going up in the spring. The 30,000-square-foot store will open sometime this year, according to this Times article on recent Fulton Street Mall developments.
