We’re loving this building at 661 Park Place in Crown Heights! What fantastic arched windows. The interior isn’t as fun to look at, but it’s nicely renovated. The unit is a two-bedroom (and that second bedroom is small) that comes with a washer/dryer unit as well as a back deck. The monthly rent of $2,600 is ambitious for an apartment just east of Franklin Avenue. Think the renovation and the charming exterior are enough to tempt?
