Here’s the nearly finished product at 414 Waverly Avenue, a new build in the Clinton Hill Historic District. How do you think it measures up to this early rendering? The home will be an owner’s triplex with a rental unit. We spoke with Ron Baker, of Baker Design and Build, about working on the project. He told us they designed it with green features like all-radiant floors, reclaimed materials and smart lighting. Construction should wrap in the first few months of next year.
