There are a few more renderings available for the 30 Henry Street build, and now all five units are officially on the market, complete with floor plans. The prices for the floor-through units, which will be between 2,418 to 2,861 square feet, range from $3,395,000 to $4,950,000. We also hear appointments with prospective buyers started this week. Work on the condo development should last until late next summer. Once finished, the five-story building will have a courtyard, terraces, and will look like this.
