Some 72 apartments and 12 townhouses that have been part of the big build going on for years on Bedford between North 3rd Street and North 4th Street have been completed and will soon be available. SL Green Realty Corp., which owns the commercial condos below — now occupied by Duane Reade and HSBC on the corner of Bedford and North 3rd — said it has entered an agreement to buy the residential portion of the building and expects to close in the first quarter. The apartments come in studio, one- and two-bedroom versions with “condominium quality interior finishes,” according to the press release. The townhouses are 1,850 square feet each with three bedrooms, two baths, two half baths, gardens, and roof terraces. SL Green did not actually specify the address of the property, but it appears to be 129 North 3rd Street.
