Lichen, Leaves, Seaweed on Menu at Burg Restaurant


Scandinavian restaurant Aska has opened at 90 Wythe Avenue in the Kinfolk Studios building. The New York Times said the $65 six-course Sunday through Thursday tasting menu will feature such dishes as “salsify with lichen and autumn leaves, and broccoli with mussels and seaweed.” The bar menu will be available at all times. When we stopped by, items on the bar menu included beef cheeks, pork belly, poached egg and smoked pike.
