A slightly better than average renovation has not dampened our enthusiasm for this house, which has beautiful mantels and the original butler’s pantry, not to mention a fine facade. We’re not crazy about the strip oak floors or the baseboard heating, but the mechanicals are all new. Do you think the price of $1,450,000 is aggressive for the location and condition?
