For a large apartment in one of the top buildings in Park Slope, this three-bedroom listing at 9 Prospect Park West has had a rocky time of it. It first hit the market in September 2011 for $1,800,000 before getting reduced to $1,695,000 in November of that year. After a few weeks off the market at the beginning of this year, the listing was relaunched with a new price tag of $1,525,000. As far as we can tell, it’s gone off the market and on again a couple of times since. Anyone know what’s going on here? Certainly looks like a nice place to us.
