We were curious how 199 South 1st Street was doing since the crazy-packed open house at the beginning of this month. The eight one- and two-bedroom units hit the market between $509,000 and $699,000. Out of the eight units, five are under contract, two contracts were just signed yesterday, and one unit is still available. Not bad in less than a month, eh?
