About two years after launching, the 72-unit condo project at the corner of Gates and Bedford avenues has sold out. Units ranged from studios to two-bedroom duplexes, initially priced from $195,000 up to $550,000. According to Streeteasy, condos tended to close just a little above ask. The development hit the 50 percent mark last April.
