Here’s an early look at the facades of two of the nine townhouses being built on State Street in Boerum Hill. (You can see a rendering of the full project here.) Construction for all nine townhouses is well under way at this point. Each home will come in around 4,000 square feet and prices will start at $3.5 million. Construction began on this project, which is the second phase of the successful 14 Townhouse project also on State Street, this summer.
