Raw sewage was pouring out of a building at the corner of Smith and Second Place in Carroll Gardens last night, covering the sidewalk, and kids and their parents were walking through it. We have three photos and they’re pretty gross. We actually cropped this one so you can’t see the worst of it. We don’t know the exact address of the building, or whether they were pumping out their basement or a pipe broke or it just flooded.
