This property has been in one family since they commissioned it in 1892 from noted Brooklyn architect Magnus Dahlander, and it shows. All the details in the main rooms appear present, the house has not been divided, and the passthroughs and other rooms appear intact on the floor plan. There’s even a “trunk room.” Sign us up! We do wonder, though, why there are no photos of the kitchen or baths. It’s 22 feet wide and five stories stories tall on a park block; they’re asking $3,850,000. What do you think of it?
