As rents continued to rise in Manhattan, the picture in Brooklyn was more mixed in October, according to the latest rental report from Prudential Douglas Elliman. The median rental price dipped 2.8 percent to $2,527 a month, and the average rental price dropped 6 percent to $2,771, while the price per square foot increased 5.2 percent to $34.72 vs. the same period last year.
