Our first thought when we saw this listing was that this single-family house seemed underpriced at $795,000. We’re used to seeing properties with details like this (in apparently good condition) priced over a million, at least. But this same house was a House of the Day last year, and did not sell then. Think the location at 119 Clarkson Avenue was to blame? Will they get their price now?
