The four units at the Prospect Heights condo building 96 St. Marks, off of Flatbush Avenue, are almost gone. The building, which is the first passive condo building in the United States, launched sales last month. Here’s what a broker from Aguayo Realty Group says: “We are indeed in contract on Nos. 2 and 3 and expect to receive signed contracts back this week for an accepted offer on Apt. 4. We expect to release Apt. 1 this weekend as the finishing touches are being completed this week.” Units 2 and 3 were priced at $829,000 and $829,000 before entering contract, according to Streeteasy. Unit 4 was priced at $829,000. Anybody check this place out? From the pictures, the interiors look very nice.
