This new listing at 557 4th Street in Park Slope definitely has a railroad thing going but the layout actually works out quite nicely, as far as we can tell, with a good separation of bedrooms and living area. There are three bedrooms as well as a newly renovated kitchen and some prewar touches. There’s no square footage count, but we’d guess it comes in between 1,100 and 1,200 square feet, making the asking price of $1,025,000 a little pricey but not beyond the realm of possibility.
