In addition to being a darn attractive listing, this fourteenth-floor co-op at 47 Plaza Street West in Park Slope is a good reminder of how much the market has moved over the past decade. The 1,650-quare-foot apartment sold for $890,000 back in 2004. Now it’s back on the market and asking $1,585,000. Given the location, high floor and fact that it’s still below the $1,000-a-foot threshold, they might get close. The unit clearly has its prewar bona fides and looks to be in good shape. The $2,329 monthly maintenance is sub-optimal but probably not a deal killer.
