Two thumbs up for this new listing at 41 Eastern Parkway in Prospect Heights. Located in the grand Copley Plaza building between Underhill and Washington, this classic seven has got plenty of prewar charm, space and, despite being on the second floor, light. The only thing it’s lacking apparently is a renovated kitchen. The current one doesn’t even get a photo but at least the listing fully discloses the shortcoming. Other than that, though, this three-bedroom has a great feel. Asking price for the 2,100-square-foot pad is $1,300,000.
