This two-bedroom is the biggest unit we can remember seeing at The Griffin in Fort Greene. Eyeballing it, we guess that it comes in at around 1,500 square feet and has an unusual amount of open common space for this type of building. The catch (isn’t there always one?) is that the prewar pad is on the ground floor. It’s a scenic spot, though, and the apartment appears to be in good shape. Asking price? $850,000.

  1. I saw this place. Its maybe 1250-1300 sq ft. High ceilings. Decent but not great renovation. The other poster is correct – it faces the interior courtyard but does not have any outdoor space. Nice space excpet for one column that breaks it up a bit. In any case there are not mamy decent 2 BRs in ft greene so i bet it gets 850 or close.
