Fall Merchandise at the Underground Thrift Shop
Join us as we unveil the fall merchandise at the Underground Thrift Store at Plymouth Church on Sunday, September 9, 2012. The store is back to regular store hours of 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm on Sundays. The Underground Thrift Store features a curated collection of upscale and designer clothing and accessories for women, men and children and beautiful collectibles for the home, in the loft space in historic Plymouth Church. And, you will be shopping for a cause since the Underground Thrift donates 25 percent of its net proceeds to organizations that fight human trafficking and modern-day slavery.

GO Brooklyn Weekend
This weekend, on September 8th and 9th from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, hundreds of artists across Brooklyn will open their studio doors so that you can decide who will be featured in an exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum. Just register to vote at gobrooklynart.org and then check in to at least five Brooklyn studios.

Brooklyn Flea + Smorgasburg
Starting this Sunday, Sept. 9, Smorgasburg expands to a second weekly location, at the historic Tobacco Warehouse in Dumbo. It’ll be open every Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm through Nov. 18. Of course, on Saturday, the Flea is held at 176 Lafayette Avenue (between Clermont and Vanderbilt avenues) in Fort Greene. On Sunday, the Flea will be at 27 North 6th Street (between Kent Avenue and East River). Saturday at the Williamsburg location is also the home of our all-food market, Smorgasburg. The Flea features over 150 vendors offering a great mix of vintage, antiques, jewelry and amazing food. Flea: Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm. Smorg: Saturday, 11 am to 6 pm. Free.
