Looks like rental units are popular at the Clinton Hill Finger, the glass building at 525 Clinton Avenue. A rep for aptsandlofts.com says 22 of the 33 one-, two- and three-bedroom units are spoken for. Move-ins are scheduled to begin shortly. The building hit the market after a long period of inactivity this July. Prices ranged from $2,925 to $5,200 a month. We hear brokers are receiving “top record rentals for the neighborhood” over here.
