Eater NY profiles The Pines, the newest eatery from the owners of Littleneck. The space opens for dinner tonight! According to Eater, “The menu here includes antipasti, a handful of seasonal salads and vegetable dishes, two pastas, and three meaty entrees. The dining room has a worn-in feel, and the space features a huge backyard with a trellis covered in grape vines.” (Photo via Eater/Daniel Krieger.) Not far away in Carroll Gardens, the old Joe’s Superette space will make way for a Greek restaurant. And in the former Greek restaurant Athena, a new, unknown eatery is moving in.
