This is the last weekend for the Dekalb Market at its current downtown Brooklyn location. This summer the landlord decided to close the market to make way for the City Point construction. A new market location has not been announced yet, although there will be one. This Sunday, Sept. 30, the Market will throw a goodbye party to thank all the vendors, guests and participants. It’s from 3 pm to 9 pm and it’s free. There’ll be a pig roast, ping-pong games, live music, a bouncy castle for kids and deals from vendors. All the details on the farewell event live here.
