Co-op of the Day: 75 Prospect Park West #2A

The only thing working against this co-op at 75 Prospect Park West in Park Slope is the fact that it’s on the second floor. Otherwise, the three-bedroom pad presents a pretty impressive array of prewar detail. (We’re not in love with the choice of counter and floor material in the kitchen, but both are easily remedied.) At $1,230, the monthly maintenance seems low to us. Great windows too. Asking price: $1,400,000.
