There’s a placeholder site up for the Fort Greene conversion project at 123 Fort Greene Place. Barrett Design and Development is restoring the facade, adding a rooftop addition, and creating six new condos within the space. Condos will range from one to four bedrooms. Presently, the developers are coming out of the heavy structural construction and getting ready to start work on new plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, and walls. The condominium offering plan has been approved and they hope to start officially marketing the development this fall. If you recall, the twin properties were purchased one year ago for $2.81 million.
