Time Warner Cable is investing $25 million to expand its network throughout New York City — but key areas include Brooklyn, Crain’s reported. Specifically, it is focusing on the Brookyn Tech Triangle, Industry City in Sunset Park and the Brooklyn Army Terminal. The company is also expected to open a public computer lab at the Navy Yard later this year. “We hope this drives businesses both locally and internationally to areas like the Brooklyn Navy Yard and other locations throughout the city,” Ken Fitzpatrick, east region president of Time Warner Cable Business Class, was quoted as saying.
