Here’s a nice standard two-bed, two-bath in the newish building at 557 Atlantic Avenue. The unit comes with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and Juliet balcony. It’s also located where all the action is, less than a block away from the Atlantic Terminal. The days are dwindling before the Barclays Center opens and we wonder if it’ll affect the rent in the surrounding area much. This unit is asking $3,500 a month. What do you think?
