Pizza Restaurant Slated for 327 Gold Street

A notice for a liquor license hearing has graced the windows of 327 Gold Street, the two-story brick building in front of the Avalon. The applicant is listed as “Prime Four,” and if that reminds you of the infamous Park Slope restaurant and bar Prime Six (now called Woodland), you’d be right on mark. This NY Post article (back from December 2011) says the owners of Prime Six plan to open a pizza place and wine bar here. Back then, the anticipated opening date was mid-2012. We haven’t heard back from the owners regarding an updated opening date. GMAP
