Grub Street reports that the Scandinavian bakery in Bay Ridge, Leske’s, is opening under new ownership today. According to Grub Street, “The move has the blessing of the Leske family, and much of the old staff will return, with the same Scandinavian recipes — plus black-and-white cookies.” They will be giving out free cookies at the shop today until they run out.
