Almost full! Within a short period, 205 Water Street, 220 Water Street, 37 Bridge Street and 192 Water Street started selling and renting apartment units. 192 Water Street sold out in February. (The developers have since moved onto 185 Plymouth Street.) Here are how all those other developments are faring:

205 Water Street: A Toll Brothers rep says: “We only have one [condo] unit left, and we are hoping to sell it in the next week!” There are 65 apartments in total. Streeteasy shows two rental units on the market as well. 52 out of 65 units were spoken for in the beginning of the summer. Many of the condo units received price bumps, and of the units still listed on Streeteasy, nothing is asking under $1 million.

220 Water Street: Ten (out of 134) rental apartments left, according to Streeteasy. There have been both price bumps and price drops, and the studio, one- and two-bedrooms now range from $3,225 to $5,900 a month.

37 Bridge Street aka The Kirkman Lofts: Only one condo unit left! A one-bedroom asking $800,000. Streeteasy shows that the three adjoining townhouses — priced at $2.6 million, $2.7 million and $2.9 million — have sold. They hit the market in April. The building was 90 percent sold this June.
