95 Bedford Picking up Steam

We were reminded of how massive the development known as 95 Bedford is when we cycled past on Sunday. The long-troubled-but-now-chugging-along project takes up the majority of the city block bounded by North 11th, North 12th, Bedford and Driggs, and fronts on all three streets except Driggs. Built on the site formerly known as Hot Karl Lake, the building is slated to have 262 units and, judging from what we could see through the netting, will feature a red brick facade.
