As Brooklyn Spoke noted yesterday, the DOT began painting the lines for a contra-flow bike lane around Plaza Street. Eventually the lanes will be filled with the conspicuous green paint. The lanes come after a particularly charged meeting with the DOT and Plaza Street residents/bikers this spring.
