This new listing at 63 7th Avenue has that classic brownstone appeal and given that it’s priced under $3 million in Park Slope is bound to attract attention. The house–an owner’s triplex over a one-bedroom rental–appears to be in good shape with lots of original detail. Other than the lack of a kitchen photo, the only possible drawback is the fact that it’s on an avenue and not a side street. What do you think of the $2,750,000 asking price?

  1. This is a lovely brownstone, so close to the subways (b,q,2 &3). many restaurants nearby. The Music Conservatory across the street .It looks well kept up. The owner should easily get his price or more. 7 th ave. is a great street and has everything so close by.
