Five Units Left at 105 Grand Avenue

After roughly three months on the market, 105 Grand Avenue, the new rental building between Myrtle and Park in Clinton Hill (or, technically, Wallabout), is almost fully leased. An Aptsandlofts.com rep reports that there are only five apartments left in the 36-unit building, making it more than 85% rented. The building features a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments; remaining units are priced from $2,425 to $3,200/month.
