Long Stalled, 97 Waverly Finally Coming on Line

Here’s the facade for 97 Waverly Avenue, the forever under-construction building between Myrtle and Park avenues. It was more than a year ago that the owners renewed new building permits, after years of inactivity at the site. According to the first plans filed with the DOB in 2004, there will be 10 units. No word whether rental or condo. Regardless, it’s nice that this is no longer an incomplete eyesore.
