Windsor Terrace Key Food Shutting Abruptly

Fifty people are out of a job and countless residents of Windsor Terrace are going to have to go further afield for their grocery shopping with the news at the end of last week that Key Food was closing at the end of this month. “This whole area is underserved with food, there’s like one good restaurant around here and without this there won’t be any supermarket,” a guy who lives down the block told NBC New York. The word is that Walgreen’s will take its place. Tough news for the area?
