It was only a couple of weeks ago permits were filed for a new five-story structure on the site of the old Brooklyn Eagle building at 30 Henry Street in Brooklyn Heights and already the plywood is up. Based on the rendering, which is here, is doesn’t look like there’s any retail on the ground floor which is bad urban planning in our book.
