New Pacific Street Rental To Rise Soon

Manhattan-based developer Quinlan Development Group has had a new rental building in the works for a multi-lot site on Pacific Street between Boerum Place and Smith Street for the past year or so. Having closed on the properties last summer and demolished the two-story warehouse at 259 Pacific Street in recent weeks, the developer filed new building permits earlier this month. The plans call for a seven-story building, which is consistent with what the developer told us back in January. At that time the developer was planning for roughly 60 apartments. The three lots have a combined street frontage of about 125 feet on Pacific Street, all of which now has plywood fencing installed along it.
