Just around the corner from the newly-opened Lulu & Po’s restaurant, another welcome addition to northern Clinton Hill is in the works: A boulangerie called Le Petit Bakery. Located at 354 Myrtle Avenue, the new business is the brainchild of Christopher Sanchez (Eataly, Per Se, 11 Madison Park, and Bouchon) who’s teaming up with his mother on this one. According to a tipster, the shop will offer a mix of savory breads, classic French pastries, cakes, tarts, their own house blended coffees. The contractor on-site said he thought everything would be ready within a couple of weeks. Great news! On the jump, a photo from last week that shows the awning that will be in place. GMAP

  1. “I pay four hundred dollars more a month, it’s important that random online articles affirm that my apartment is in a nice neighborhood”-My impression of everyone here. This is such good news, what’s to complain about? Second to needing a butcher.
