The Myrtle Avenue bakery that we previewed earlier this month opened yesterday. Located in a small storefront at 354 Myrtle Avenue, Le Petit Bakery is serving up a mix of pastries, muffins and cookies along with coffee and tea variations. Owner Christopher Sanchez, formerly of Per Se and 11 Madison Park, told The Local that the menu could evolve based on customer feedback. “We’re really looking for feedback from the community on what they like and want to see in our pastry case,” he said.
