This modest but cute house at 554 Westminster Road in Ditmas Park (or Ditmas Park West, to be more precise, which Mary Kay Gallagher tends to be when it comes to Victorian Flatbush) just hit the market with an asking price of $890,000. The interior photos are a bit dark so probably don’t do the original details justice. It has a nice vibe though as well as a driveway and two-car garage. Given the limited options in the under-$1 million range, we suspect this will attract interest.
